Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Advance Payment:TheMittiMagic requires a 100% advance payment upon confirmation of the job.

2. Payment Deadline: TheMittiMagic reserves the right to cancel the job if the advance payment is not received within one week before the scheduled job commencement.

 

3. Refund Policy: In the event that the Corporates/Schools/Groups/Commissioned work decide to cancel the job for any reason and communicates this decision at least 3 days before the scheduled job commencement, a refund will be provided. The refund will amount to 50% of the total charges paid in advance.

 

4. Exclusions: Please note that the fee paid in advance does not cover miscellaneous charges such as wheel transportation, trainer commuting, firing, courier, or any other incidental expenses.

We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. However, it is essential to adhere to the outlined cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for both parties. 5. Attend all your classes as per schedule: There will be no refund incase the class is not attended by you for any reason, however, if you inform at least one day in advance, we can reschedule the class to some other day. Last minute rescheduling (within 24 hrs of schedule) will be chargeable @ Rs.200/person. Missed classes without information will not be adjusted/refunded.
